Your appearence doesnt tell what you can do.
We usually dont think of a Books theme or the moral but the Moral for this as you can see above is Your appearence doesnt tell what you can do. This contrubutes to Ender since hes 7 years old. This actually contriutes to all students training for the Battle with the buggers. Adults are powerful but Children can also do much more than in todays time.
The children in Enders game act really mature as if they were 32 years old or fully grown adults. ,"So they boarded a starship and went from world to world. Wherever they stopped, he was always Andrew Wiggin, itinerant speaker for the dead, and she was always Valentine, historian errant, writing down the stories of the living while Ender spoke the stories of the dead."(Page 324). They displayed alot of character when going around the world. Once people see the actions you do they dont seem to care about your age.
Being young doesnt always give you the upper class or the advantage. Some adults that see young children that are 6 or 7 years of age they think there imature or spoiled and annoying. Graff told Ender Once "Of course we tricked you into it. That's the whole point, it had to be a trick or you couldn't have done it."(Page 298). I think graff thinks Ender was to foolish or couldnt figure out that he was going to trick him. Which makes Ender look dumb or stupid
